I know that beauty standards for women are unhealthy and unrealistic.

I know that if I saw a trans girl with body on left, I would accept her as a girl, because she’s a girl.

I know that even cis women don’t have the body on right without special genes.

I still feel like I don’t pass for not having the body on right sometimes.

Is this what they call cognitive dissonance?

Absolutely, in my mind everyone is valid no matter what. Their bodies don’t change that in the slightest.

I know that even cis women don’t have the body on right without special genes.

I know…still, the envy is real. I know I might have had at least a chance at a decent waist, had I been born cis, but with me being trans and going through T puberty…just no sadly 😔

I still feel like I don’t pass for not having the body on right sometimes

I’ve never seen you. However, there’s a MASSIVE gap between the body on the right (conventionally very attractive) and passing as a woman (people being unable to tell you’re trans in everyday life).
And just for the record, I bet you do pass, silly 🩷

To each their own, I guess.
To me, looking like the left pic would make me so dysphoric and depressed I’d probably end it, HOWEVER looking like the right one would make me feel like I’ve won at life, lol

I am the inverse of this but I enjoy food too much to stick to a diet that optimizes muscle gain.
