I don’t see the issue. Did they not read the ingredients before ordering? The base looks like avocado, and the topping ham and some kind of cream cheese. Sounds like a good combination. The dough looks pretty good too, and they arranged the toppings instead of throwing them over randomly.
Sure, there is no tomato or mozzarella so you could say it’s more of a focaccia than a pizza if you want to be pedantic, but you ordered that yourself… it’s like ordering pineapple pizza and then complaining they put pineapple on your pizza…
Edit: some comments say the base looks like pistacchio cream. I think it doesn’t look like that at all, but it does look like there’s some nuts sprinkled over.

That looks like mortadella to me and you shouldn’t put it in the oven because it would dry out!
I’ve put chopped mortadella on pizza before cooking, it gets a little crusty, it’s good.
Well of course, if you want it crunchy it’s ok. it changes the flavour, so I’d say usually you don’t cook it. The same goes for prosciutto crudo and speck and stuff like that (otherwise they become very salty as they lose water). As always, there are many exceptions in cooking!
