Yes, I forget that the Nazis was following the precepts of Christ, Muhammed and Buddha when they perpetrated colonialist slaughter all over eastern Europe and Russia.

The Catholic Church supported the Nazis,

So did thousands of edgelord atheists. Your point?

        Germany is a Christian country,

Ahh yes… the country that perpetrated mass-murder on the very people Christ was born amongst, identified with and spent his entire life interacting with.

What a “Christian” country, eh edgelord?

Should be easy to prove your hypothesis, then, shouldn’t it?

Provide some proof that the centuries-long orgy of murder, rape and torture the (so-called) “west” visited on the world (which has by no means ended here in the year of our lord 2026) can be traced back to something Christ said or did.

Wrong answer. We don’t trace things back to what he said, we trace if back to his followers actions.

Reminds me of the likely apocraphal quote “I do not hate your christ, I hate your Christians”

We are talking about people like you, not a dude who died 2000ish years ago.

Wikipedia entry on Heinrich Himmler -

Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler, himself a former Roman Catholic, was one of the main promoters of the Gottgläubig faith.[2] He was particularly hostile towards Christianity, its values, the churches, and their clergy.[2] Himmler viewed all of Christianity and the priesthood as nothing but an indecent union, with the majority of its priesthood constituting “an erotic homosexual league of men” whose only purpose was to create and maintain a “twenty-thousand-year-old Bolshevism.”[2] To the Reichsführer-SS Christianity was the greatest plague delivered by history, and he demanded that it be dealt with accordingly.[2] A perennial favorite song of the storm troopers had this refrain: "Storm Trooper Comrades, hang the Jews and put the priests against the wall.

Hmmmm… I’m checking, and I’m not finding it. As per wikipedia…

The red inverted triangle was used for political prisoners,[6][12] including:[13][14]

The Nazi Party’s political opponents,[14] starting in Germany: Communists[13][15] Social democrats[13][15] Democrats[14] Socialists[13][12] Liberals[14] Trade unionists[13] Anarchists[14][13] Anti-fascists[14][16] Freemasons[14][17][15] See also: Persecution of Freemasons § Nazi Germany and occupied Europe and Grand Anti-Masonic Exhibition. Occupied country resistance members (partisans) including: [citation needed] Jewish women in the resistance who were operating under false identities.[18] Gentiles who assisted Jews[19] such as Odette Pilpoul [fr] Some lesbians and members of other marginalised groups such as Yvonne Ziegler and Suzanne Leclézio.

Not much to say about atheists… no surprises, as Nazis (and fascists in general) then and now doesn’t find atheism all that objectionable.

Have to say I’m surprised they had one for liberals - considering that it was liberal elites (ie, capitalists) that funded the Nazis into power.

And at what point in that quote did I mention World War I or the Cold War? I didn’t. Not to mention the fact that the figure I gave was sarcasm. I would think the way I said it might give that away, but here we are.

I’ll make it simple for you: essentially every major conflict man has ever experienced has been the result of one group deciding that their sky genie is better than another group’s, so that means it’s alright to kill them. Even the ones that preach love and acceptance put a giant fucking asterisk on it. Buddhism is the only real exception, and that’s because it’s not even a religion in the same way the others are.

Christians? Ongoing conflicts in the middle east, with the dumbest and most evil amongst them calling it a “holy war”.

Catholics? A history of pedophilia, rape and murder stretching from the crusades all the way up until now.

              Muslims? Same shit different name.

And yes, it’s obviously not all INSERT RELIGIOUS GROUP HERE, but that doesn’t change the fact that hatred and othering of those who don’t agree is a core tenet of all major religions.

Quick, call the historians! This genius right here has figured it all out! War is never about all-pervading imperialist exploitation, complicated class dynamics or geopolitical competition… NO! It’s all about a “sky genie!”

                Who coulda thunk it, eh?

Where the fuck did you get your history from, genius! Playing Age Of Empires, maybe?

Christians? Ongoing conflicts in the middle east,

I hate to break it to you, Clyde… but the white supremacist empires haven’t required religion to justify white supremacist slaughter since the (so-called) “Enlightenment.” Care to explain that, perhaps?

who don’t agree is a core tenet of all major religions.

                Really?

“This letter contains the oath given unto them [the monks of St. Catherine’s Monastery], and he who disobeys that which is therein will be considered a disbeliever and a transgressor to that whereunto he is commanded. He will be regarded as one who has corrupted the oath of God, disbelieved His Testament, rejected His Authority, despised His Religion, and made himself deserving of His Curse, whether he is a Sultan or any other believer of Islam. Whenever Christian monks, devotees and pilgrims gather together, whether in a mountain or valley, or den, or frequented place, or plain, or church, or in houses of worship, verily we are [at the] back of them and shall protect them, and their properties and their morals, by Myself, by My Friends and by My Assistants, for they are of My Subjects and under My Protection."

Gotta be real here, your lack of reading comprehension skills is deeply, deeply depressing, and the fact that you demonize anyone who disagrees with you just repeatedly proves my point.

Edit: Forgot to mention, I blocked you after making this comment. You have flipped your position like six times, and have even made outright contradictory statements. It’s not worth dealing with such a blatant bad actor as yourself.
