was one of the main promoters of the Gottgläubig faith

That was literally a religious category for people who left organized religion but still believe in (the Christian) God. Actual atheist organizations where attacked by the SA.

Do tell… what symbol were atheists forced to wear in the death camps again?

The red triangle of political enemies.
Their organizations where declared treasonous, some before the fist KZs where even built. Also many became resistance fighters.

What about Christians? Only Jehovah’s witnesses got their color.

Hmmmm… I’m checking, and I’m not finding it. As per wikipedia…

The red inverted triangle was used for political prisoners,[6][12] including:[13][14]

The Nazi Party’s political opponents,[14] starting in Germany: Communists[13][15] Social democrats[13][15] Democrats[14] Socialists[13][12] Liberals[14] Trade unionists[13] Anarchists[14][13] Anti-fascists[14][16] Freemasons[14][17][15] See also: Persecution of Freemasons § Nazi Germany and occupied Europe and Grand Anti-Masonic Exhibition. Occupied country resistance members (partisans) including: [citation needed] Jewish women in the resistance who were operating under false identities.[18] Gentiles who assisted Jews[19] such as Odette Pilpoul [fr] Some lesbians and members of other marginalised groups such as Yvonne Ziegler and Suzanne Leclézio.

Not much to say about atheists… no surprises, as Nazis (and fascists in general) then and now doesn’t find atheism all that objectionable.

Have to say I’m surprised they had one for liberals - considering that it was liberal elites (ie, capitalists) that funded the Nazis into power.
