There’s a wall in Frankfurt near the train station that had (and probably still has) a wall where someone wrote “Niemand hat die Absicht, eine Wand zu bekritzeln” (“No one has the intention to scribble up a wall”, a play on “No one has the intention to build a wall”), and about ten meters further, “kritzel” (“scribble”).
The way the wall’s painted, I’d bet there’s something ongoing going on.
