Every time I’m following a recepe, when I see how much garlic, I’m offended as it should bee at least 3 times as much. And I’m not even from a Mediterranean country.

Sleep on juicy steaks, eat salt-water on the daily.
Perhaps they meant too little garlic? You can always add more. Think you added enough? Think again
I once went to a restaurant where every item on the menu contained garlic in some capacity.
I never trust a recipe that has you add only one clove of garlic, even if that recipe is how to cook one clove of garlic
I cooked for my in laws and they said I used enough garlic, you could tell because everyone still had garlic breath the next morning.
