Results vary greatly. I know some women who enjoy it and things work well on a mechanical basis … for me, it was painful regardless of what went in how.
I did dilation regularly for a year, tried small flexible dildos, everything. Even a finger was painful.
So I gave up and let it atrophy. 15 years later and I can come just fine from external stimulation, and since I’m not into men I’ve never felt like it holds me back.
Before surgery gatekeeper: Oh once you settle in, you won’t need to dilate, just enjoy time with your boyfriend regularly.
