Shit, I don’t know if there’s any snorting of substances in Trek. Maybe Lower Decks or Strange New Worlds, haven’t watched those.
There was the Grand Negus’ Beetle Snuff in DS9, but I don’t recall them having a cool verb nickname for it.

In TNG’s first episode they show the military types during the Q court scenes snorting some ‘drug’.
I think OOP is thinking of cyberpunk specifically.
I mean, earth getting united and working together with aliens? It’s clearly fantasy.
