At least it was legible and sometimes very funnyI’ve been watching a Slice of Life anime recently, called Non Non Biyori, which is about a group of kids who live in the middle of nowhere, Japan.
One of the more subtle running gags in the show, is that they wear shirts with nonsense English phrases on them, like “ARMYCRAWL”, “Charge Girl”, or “RoAsT”.
I bet it’s everywhere.

Someone will print dozens of those and quality check them etc. People making this will put more efford into each individual shirt than the designer.
