                Just because the country exists because they are “bad guys” doesn’t meant it’s not a country. Otherwise most countries that were established by violence wouldn’t be a real country. That would mean I don’t live in a real country despite the fact I can get a legal passport where I live.

                They have a government, can enforce law, and are recognized by other countries. Aka they’re a country.
