i do something similar, except i set alarms and the surprise is whether i will actually get up, just set a new one and keep eeping.
(its not really a surprise…)
The way I solved this was brute forcing myself to wake up the first time and start juggling until I fully wake up. It takes about 2 minutes but the juggling getting me through those 2 minutes is crucial.

Haha yes. At some point the alarm becomes just another disturbance
