Of course they could. It really isn’t about disliking “color”, it’s about associating that color with negative stereotypes but you can always associate with something else.

For instance, if you are the clan member in the meme, you might think all PoC are thieves, and also they speak with heavy slang, or not English. Then you can just hate on people who use slang or don’t speak English like you do, because obviously they are PoC and therefore thieves.

Same nonsense associations can be made for anything through hateful rhetoric. All green people lick strangers cupcakes, and also like to whistle.
