Do you know a Privacy friendly blue light filter ? Preferably a desktop app but firefox extentions are OK

Most operating systems have one built in. Is there a feature missing from yours?
I recently switched to Linux Ubuntu, I can not find it in the preferences
Assuming you’re using the default Ubuntu (the one with Gnome), it’s under the display settings and called night light.
That should be built into the OS, if you’re on anything relatively recent.
Maybe Redshift?
