If you want to call your senator to try to pressure them to oust Chuck Schumer: https://www.senate.gov/senators/senators-contact.htm
On Wednesday, progressive group Indivisible called for Democrats to replace their current minority leader, saying the midterm election results indicated the American public wanted a “new generation of American fighters.”
“We need a leader in the Senate who is capable of leading that fight,” the nonprofit group wrote on social media Wednesday. “It’s time for Senate Democrats to choose new leadership.”
I don’t know who Van Hollen is, yet I support Van Hollen for majority leader too.
He’s the politician from Maryland that went down to the notorious El Savadorean prison to try and meet with a man that was illegally deported… That’s literally all I know about Van Hollen, but i love him for it.
Edit: He’s an MD senator, and the guy who got deported with 0 due process was Kilmar Abrego Garcia.
Jeffires gotta go too
I’d back a dog over Schumer.
Iʻd back a car.
Then forward then back then forward.
took me a minute :)

Van Hollen wants to run for President in 2028. Bernie. But anyone who steps up has to prioritize defunding Israel and ending the war. As Ro Khanna said today “Democrats cannot be to the right of JD Vance and Trump (no more free aid to Israel said on election day)”
Van Hollen wants to run for President in 2028.
Good for them. If theyʻll give me Wʻs along the way, Iʻll takeʻm.
Iʻll never stop reiterating that our numbers #1 and #2 enemies in the fight against fascism since 2024 has been the Democratic Minority leader in the senate and the Democratic minority leader in the house. We did not need to suffer this Trump administration like we have, if not for the existing leadership. They need to be replaced.
There was so much they could have done but didn’t, and then when an effort got going in spite of them, they shut it down.
Remember last November when the Senate kept the government shut down in response to Trump cutting off SNAP funding that had already been allocated by Congress, and then nine senators reopened it when big donors started complaining about air traffic backing up? Schumer was all up in that: I remember Jeanne Shaheen saying at the time that their joint decision to cave was made with Schumer’s direct knowledge and consent.
The shutdown was working. The Rs were sweating. And then Schumer gave it up for his donors.
And that’s just one thing, off the top of my head. There are so many to choose from. Schumer and Jeffries need to GO.
Look I puke in my mouth pointing this out.
Pelosi.
Fucking Pelosi was handed the same shit-burger as Jefferies. And she resisted tooth and fucking nail and she didnʻt fucking falter and basically, nothing got through. Trump couldnt get shit done because he found palpable fucking resistence.
Now I fucking hate Pelosi. But she understood the assignment.

Hell yeah! Love to see it, folks!
