Edit: These minimalist launchers force you to spend more time on your phone looking through the app drawer for the app you want. I prefer a launcher that lets me open an app faster, thereby spending less time on my phone.
Every other launcher on F-droid is one of these “minimalist” launchers. And they’re completely useless insofar as your phone ceases to be boring and minimalist as soon as you open an app. We’re addicted to apps not home screens.
One thing that really works to make apps less interesting sensorially is to turn the screen grayscale. For anyone who feels addicted to their phones, you can set this in the accessibility settings in android

I like kiss launcher a lot, I use it on my android tablet, which is my main work device. Its the only launcher that has great keyboard support… start typing right away, press enter, and it launches.
Looks so good with Arcticons and everything set to dark transparent + white lines on a lush natural background. I want to get a LineageOS-compatible tablet but I just can’t pull the trigger.
