    You can piece together premade kits, you can modify existing things, or you could build things from the ground up. But you’re never really getting to the base level of creation. You’re not making your own bolts. And even if you are, you didn’t smelt the steel. And even if you did, you didn’t create the iron from nuclear fusion inside the core of a star.
