The woman’s restroom is usually the cleaner one in my experience, so whichever that one is

(Edited out the absolute because this isn’t everyone’s experience)

Secondhand information is less reliable than firsthand experience

Edit: I edited my original comment because our different experiences and information does mean that my statement was way wrong

As a woman that has dipped into the men’s restroom because the women’s line was too long, this is 100% bullshit.

Not 100%. My experience is usually women’s rooms are cleaner. But I realise that others have different experiences, hence why I removed my “always” and am now disputing your “100%” statement

I have no love for men or the patriarchy, but fuck your original sexist statement about men leaving their bathrooms dirty. Men and Women are equally capable of being filthy or clean.

I’ve lived with male room mates that didn’t leave our bathroom in shambles. I’ve lived with male room mates that were absolute pigs. I’ve lived with women that would leave the bathroom a mess, and I’ve lived with women that cleaned up after themselves in the shared bathroom.

In my entire life, I’ve been in 6 public men’s restrooms because I was gonna piss myself if I didn’t go then. 5 out of 6 were pretty clean; and that’s not a large enough sample size to make any kind of statement about.

Changing “always” to “sometimes or usually” doesn’t address the sexism of the original comment.
