    i’m some kind of freak of nature because i’m not on hrt or anything and i lactate sometimes

    (i have some sort of bizzare hormonal imbalance)

      Cis men can lactate too, all humans and practically all mammals have breast tissue and mammary glands which do occasionally get triggered and just start producing. In that situation I’d call you an example of nature not a freak of nature.

      just psa, if you lactate w/o much stimulation, and have a testosterone-dominant body, it might be worth to check out the doctor

      but i presume you already did, if that were the case
