I’d assumed ‘rich’ just meant no pressing money related fears, eat the food they want, safe water, warm and clothed, can go to doctor / dentist, access to knowledge / art / entertainment / community, work at the work you want only as much as you want, etc., not those broken money-hoarder people.
That is true wealth. But in terms of class, it’s like putting elephants and beetles in the same category when you’re an ant. There are orders of magnitude at play that effectively put us in the same league as bigger bugs whether either of us like it or not.
Nah, it doesn’t. The rich are not automatically happy. The rich, ignorant and stupid, maybe.
