Plenty of people mentioned this is a Montana number. Which is true. But importantly, the 221 prefix is for numbers in Butte.
Butte’s not that big a town (any more - in the early 1920s, it was the largest city west of the Mississippi), so it should be reasonbly possible to find the diner they’re in…
The challenge is this could be a much older photo/faked/etc. It could even be in Rocker or Walkerville (which is a joke. No one would dare eat food prepared in Walkerville)…
