When I asked them why they wanted the position I got hit with their elevator speech and I heard a bunch of buzzwords but nothing of substance. It was really strange because all of our other conversations were normal and kinda a red flag because it was so rehearsed and un-genuine
Usually I hear those corpo bullshit terms and just zone out. Nothing of value is going to follow so it doesn’t matter. Not worth my time.
They are the people who could be replaced with an LLM at no loss, you could also replace them with a kitten for +8 to staff morale.
