I use bar soap and it doesn’t get things nearly sudsy enough to do this. Maybe foaming hand soap would be easier.
My thought is shave soap is about the only thing I’ve used that could create foam like this.

You can’t pet them very much, or at least you should do so with a glove on or wash them afterwards. Hairless animals are very frail, the oils from human skin can severely damage their skin and in some cases even cause cancer. Poor babies
