DS emulators can be a bit awkward. Not only is there this issue, but unless you’ve got a portrait oriented monitor it’s always gonna be an imperfect fit with the two “screens” stacked on top of each other.
If you’ve got a desk arm it’s pretty easy to go portrait and back, which was a great experience oddly. Although, I often just go window mode stacked because Pokemon White and DQ9 are grindy multitasker games.
The bigger issue is the touch screen; that is when the tablet or phone works better and even then… Input lag can ruin your day.
