They are Elites from the Halo franchise. I’m not sure which game exactly though (also, I think Netflix recently made a series out of it).

Lol all these diehard Halo fans tryina act hard. It’s pretty good, not great, but pretty good. The battle choreography is very good.
This is a scene from Halo 2. But in the scene, the guy who is repeating the “lies” turns out to be right.
My first thought was they were from Halo. Only know because of Red vs Blue.
