I refreshed Tor circuit 3 times, same result.
Using ProtonVPN (paid) have the same result.
I’m not gonna attempt it on my real IP for obvious reasons.
I think its fine either way, it’s not like a .mp3 file has a high malware threat. (But I definitely would not run any .exe .apks from an unsecured connection tho.)
Lol I saw the https error and I just assumed the site was a dead link.
Why do they not have https? Isn’t Let’s Encrypt free? 🤔
But anyways, I think I found them, its torrenting now.
Thanks!
Yay.
India gets to experience their own version of the “Great Firewall”
Isn’t the future just great? Every country gets their own “intranet” 🙃

I mean… you do know someone can just take a screenshot, right?
And even if you use the Android thing that blocks screenshots, they can still take a photo with another phone.
You need to trust the other person for there to be any “privacy”.
Reminds me of the joke: “I cant see clearly enough to find my glasses” 💀
I’m just gonna copy paste what I said to another user on another thread regarding this topic:
Okay, so I attempted to access it again. Its currently in a weird state of partial access.
I can “log in” but as soon as I try to access anything, say, Gmail, I get that screen again.
This is what the settings page looks like:
So its not totally locked out, but its not functional either, I’m not even on a VPN.
Notice, 2FA is off.
Then I click Gmail and get this:
I tap “more ways to verify” and get this:
I tap the only option, and it circles back to the previous screen.
Read my other comment. It leads back to the same thing.

🤷♂️
MFA was never enabled.
Bruh, I was testing some android features and wiped an android phone, then when I tried to log in again, they wanted a verification code from the previous device, the one I just wiped. Not even will a phone number satisfy them.
Its essentially locked out, unless I get a time machine to undo wiping the phone.
I mean, what happens if someone lose their phone and wants to log in to google to wipe their device? Like… how would you obtain the verification code on a phone a thief now has?
Its just even just privacy issues, Google is braindead when it come to their “security”.
Luckily, I wiped it in settings so FRP was off.
If you want to install free tracking tools, you’ll need consent or try to guess the lockscreen password to try to install it covertly.
With this, its doesn’t require consent, since most families are on the same family plan.
Only abusers would use this, since a normal person who actually cares about a family member’s safety would just ask them to install a tracking app voluntarily and be transparent about it.
Its tracking either way, but doing so voluntarily is way less creepy and also free.
Most modern Android and iOS allows you to share your locations for free via Google and Apple “Find My Phone” networks.
The phone company knows what county I’m in but probably not what businesses and municipal buildings I enter on foot unlike GPS location services.
They have your approximate location. If you are in a densely populated city, they might not know which specific building or which specific apartment unit, but they’ll have a small circle around the area, and if you are in a suburb, where things are more spaced out, they will know the exact stores you go to.
If you go to a walmart with huge parking spaces all around it, its obvious you went to a walmart.
Somebody needs to fix the megathread
