I’m guessing being able to turn it off and not change during an update is a business grade feature. I’m guessing at least windows 11 pro will come with a permanent off switch
To my knowledge, there isn’t. But you can ask the person to turn off recall. I’m going to be running 11 in a VM myself so /me shrugs
I only joke about Arch being the superior distro because, well, I use it and because it’s apparently a thing.
I actually don’t have any strong feelings about Ubuntu. It’s a distro. It works. I only use Arch because of the AUR (I’m lazy, okay?). I don’t have strong feelings about it either. Linux is configurable to basically exactly what you want. Once (or if) you get into customization you just pick the distro that allows you to get to what you want faster.
I do have strong feelings about Windows though.
Alternatively there is weechat. I haven’t tried them back to back so I can’t tell you which one I like better
18 ft fence: UBO like system where it stores patterns that to remove before comparing
Yeah… I get that you pay for ads, but ads should never masquerade themselves as legitimate content.
Ahahaha that’s great
Sealioning?
Remove hidden elements and children before diff. 16 ft fence.
Is softonic actually malware or an unreliable repository that may contain malware? I’ve never actually clicked in lol
14 ft fence: Diff in html. If less than 10 lines different, ban.
I mean, I get that. I was making a joke. But 12 ft fence? Load in sandbox and compare html. Your move.
if(this == this.previous) continue;
Okay but what does mulatto mean?
Yeah Google doesn’t think I know what a traffic light is… or a motorcycle
What? You mean I shouldn’t add the repository realmalware.spyware because the package requires it? No, that can’t be right
You don’t have time be on arch, gentoo, etc to heavily customize your system - you can customize on Ubuntu’s. That the beauty of Linux.
I’d argue that we need more /wayland/ tiling WM. But you are right that most desktop users (ie. OSX, Windows) just want something intuitive that makes sense. They don’t want to learn i3wm. But once you do learn it, it’s hard to go back
Ugh apparently my asterisks turned into italics.
All the words with wcs should be functions. Not sure about the rest of them
Yeah…. I didn’t know my friend had a different last name. I thought she put something obscure as her last name so she wouldn’t be tracked
