What does this even mean? Brave didnt find something to “subvert the advertising model”, they have a subscription lol. Mozilla is trying to keep its browser free and safe, especially now that it’s losing its billion dollar google funding.

Freedom or something.
I was just pumping gas the other day, and while I’m at it there’s this cellphone speaker music that starts really loudly, like the phone is at 400% audio.
Motherfucking screen started playing an ad I couldn’t skip. Soon theyre just going to loop audible ads everywhere we go, in public spaces.
Since then I’ve avoided this brand of gas station and affiliates, but I won’t be able to hide for long.
I wander what it means

And like, why are people surprised it’s only getting worse? Of course it is, we knew long ago the removal of 3rd party app was the beginning of the master plan to monetize our communities.
119 is too few and 121 is too many.
I tried to turn in my buckets of thank yous at the bank but they didn’t take em. Gonna be windows for now
The day the 3rd party apps left reddit, I’ve been wandering around, looking for what once was
And most of it can be applied to any job. They went all the way to 54 because they needed to make a paper.
That’s just the nature of linux though. Most common distros run without issue. But people have such a wide variety of hardware and software needs that someone somewhere will tell you they had issues with that distro.
Much easier to boot them and get a feel for the one you like, you are not likely to have an issue, and if you do it will take minutes to fix on a common distro.
I feel like most stuff doesn’t taste as good.
So either that we were kids, and it tasted better then while as adults it’s too much sugar, or every single snack has gone through enshitification that they are all bad. Honest I think it’s the latter. That’s what happened to housing, healthcare and just about every other aspect of our lives.
And for 100% of distros someone will come and say: “except for this where you gotta do this and that but then it works fine”.
I’ve always felt like I don’t deserve my role, I climbed the proverbial ladder quick and I am very young for my position (Principal Engineer). But I sleep fine at night because at the end of the day I was always honest with my skills, my intentions and my motivations, and I’m always sure to get full agreement from everyone before doing stuff. If after all that nobody figured out I’m a fucking idiot just making an informed guess, that’s on them.
I always fear the next company I join will have “real technical leaders” who will inevitably show me my place, but it hasn’t happened so far (3-4 massive companies in the last decade).
Maybe one day I will meet this person, but it is not this day… And then I try to teach the same to younger engineers to work through problems as a team and just do it until somebody stops you, because in a lot of cases nobody has a clue either, and that’s what it means to lead.
I really wouldn’t mind the whole rhetoric of pulling yourself by the bootstraps if it wasn’t rigged. The system is literally made to make ppl fail.
Yeah eating them will be more delicious…
This is AI generated right? The font is iron maden or ACDC. The ratio is square like a album cover, and it seems it put up as sign generated from parental advisories.
It doesn’t, stop buying on amazon. There are 10000 other stores that will ship great tea to you worldwide. There’s plenty of non-american tea in the americas already.
Also, on amazon you need to scroll and shop. Everyone knows the same items are available much cheaper down the list, amazon puts the more expensive one’s at the top because people don’t go passed the first pages, assuming it’s garbage results.
What’s the brand you are looking for?
Sometimes the smaller dealers are a bit more expensive but at least it’s not to make bezos even richer.
Doesn’t mean it’s worth 30k. There are whiskies just as old and better that aren’t sold at that price.
This item is not sold 30k because its old, or even rare. It’s sold at that price because there’s always a rich sucker who wants something expensive.
