Depends on the country. You can go as cheap as €20 per session in e.g. Turkey or Egypt, or as expensive as €200 in the US.
I’d advice to go for a place that at the very least is queer affirming, and knows what they need to do (e.g. aftercare, insurance). If you can afford to, and want it all gone, I’d go for paying in bulk. It’s usually cheaper than paying per session.
