The state with the highest minimum wage is Washington at 17.13 hourly total annual being 35,630, add 1,000 36,630. You’re saying thats not only a livable wage in that state but one high enough to afford a trip to Japan? Your friend is putting it on a credit card or they don’t have any of the bills associated with being an adult.
