Performance-tweaked, because Microsoft is incapable of performance tweaking their own operating system
Unironically true, to tweak for performance the first thing would be to remove bloat, which you can’t expect from MS.
From Microsoft’s perspective, the bloat is the point because that’s where their profit comes from.
Why remove the bloat? That’s where all the core kernel utilities live!
