So true but WHY
Because you don’t have a sleep schedule
Bruh I go to bed and wake up at the same time for two years and this still happens
Same
It’s because your bodies circulation rhythm is different from the sleep schedule imposed on you, I have the same issue
I’d like to sleep from about 2 to 10-2 every night. Society doesn’t like this though.

For anyone struggling with this I have two things that might help
In the moment, you need to get out of bed. Doesn’t matter with you do. You’ll feel tired again after a while and then you can go back to bed. You don’t want your brain associating your bed with being awake
More systemically though. You might not be getting enough exercise. Especially if you work at a desk, or are a student. I like going on long walks, but just find something that works for you. The key here is to experiment
that’s why I set my alarm for when I want to sleep
and put it on silent so I can sleep
Are you stalking me? Because this meme has been very accurate for me lately.
Like right now. Now.
Man who run in front of bus gets tired while man who runs behind bus is exhausted.
I need some sleep.
Those 8 minutes are positively glorious
(. . .until I wake up feeling too well-rested and realize I slept through my alarms 🙃)
Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome 😔
This sounds like a fun thing to Google at 3am
Lmao
My new thing is to fall asleep around 10-11 pm, then wake up around midnight and not be able to go back to sleep until 2-3 am. That or wake up for like 10-15 minutes every hour or two all night long.
It takes me 2 hours to fall sleep at night.
Or in the 7 minutes between the snooze button.
I sometimes think my diet has more play on the problem than sleep times.
The consistency of when you eat (or the lack thereof) plays a bigger role in this than the diet itself, although it’s known that heavy meals in the evening can disrupt sleep.

The times I have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
I also had this problem onest, but I solved it, just drink much water one hour before you go sleeping. I drink nothing, and go to the bathroom, right before I want to sleep, I drink only a little, little bit and try to sleep.
It works, Trust me.
Yea, and than I am waking 20 minutes before my alarm rings up. :)
Every time I wake up in the middle of the night I drink like .75L of water again.
This is the most-true meme of the year.
