I had one of the earlier eGolf models, and I’ve gotta say, despite its shit range and meh EV specs, it was one of the best cars I’ve ever driven.

It is the perfect size and form factor - great for a daily drive, but also the seats folded flat, so you could haul a deceptively large amount of stuff.

Only thing that could have made it better (with the technology at the time) is a retractable rear window - I do a decent amount of woodwork and being able to stick a 10’ board out the back would have been awesome.
