After the U.S. has continued intentionally delaying and “misplacing” materiel that EU countries have paid for, this just doesn’t seem like a good idea. I get the impression the U.S. will run away with the money.

The US will demand money up front and then take the weapons and/or funds for themselves to support their failing imperial adventures like they did with Switzerland.

You do know russia invaded Ukraine right, not the other way around. You would have a point if the us invaded russia, but since that is not what happened you dont have a point.

It’s not really a secret when the Rand Corporation writrs a whitepaper that basically translates to “how to fuck up Russia and take all their shit”.

America didn’t invade? How is bankrolling a coup any better? They overthrew a democracy and enslaved an entire nation under fascist rule. Millions of people stopped being Ukrainian after that, along with their land. Russia didn’t “invade” Ukraine as much as it defended Crimea and Donetsk/Luhansk Peoples Republics.

Democracy is derived from the individual and nothing else, not race, not religion, not ethnicity, not arbitrary borders, not even nations themselves. People have a right to exist, not nations, especially fascist ethnostates like Ukraine and Israel.

Russia is defending the democratic human right of self determination.

The Kiev junta has sold out their entire nation to Western corporations and billionaires. Blackrock has privatized every aspect of public institutions . Their grandchildren’s grandchildren will be paying off generational debt from predatory military and IMF loans. All opposition parties have been banned. All opposition media has been seized by the government. Men can’t even leave to escape this fascist death cult. They’re dressing like old women in public and drowning in rivers trying to escape ICE styled “busification”.

I’d take “invasion” over whatever you call this any day. 👍

                Fuck Ukraine.

Not delivering on agreements is Trump’s bread and butter. He’s all but come out and announced that his administration supports Russia over Ukraine, but they’re working against a lot of inertia both internationally but more importantly domestically. They have to nominally play along for now, as they bide more time to frogboil us and use conservative media to manufacture consent to go all the way.

By 2030 I think they anticipate that Ukraine won’t exist to collect.

Why in the everloving fuck, is Europe relying on that system, if it takes 5+ years to get a few missiles?

Looks like like that’s less than a current years production. Unfortunately Trump and Hegseth lit the US reserves on fire so they could do insider trading on the prediction/betting and oil/stock markets. Now they need to restock before the next distraction/market manipulation/AI fueled ego trip. Also Trump wants Putin to think he’s cool. Priorities.

Because it didn’t use to take 5 years. The US were pretty reliable when it came to weapon deliveries before Trump. Also a lot of European countries have the weapon systems to fire those missiles and it would take time and money to replace them.
