Yes in practice I’m going to use a tea towel 99% of the time and not the single tail whip, not only do the dimensions of my room make it almost impossible you can really hurt someone with that thing if you mess up. It’s used at performative scenes like at a local kink club :) makes ‘em drool though and the threat of it persists.
If that doesn’t sort them we can always escalate ;)

It’s called figging, you carve a bit of fresh ginger into a plug and insert it into the anus. It causes intense burning but won’t cause any damage.
The longest I have seen a sub take this punishment is 10 minutes and she said it was the worst punishment she had received.
If they were really bad you do things to them that make them clench their butt while the ginger is in there.
