just out of curiosity have you tried hrt? might be worth considering if you havent.
Not yet, figured I’d try the medication route first since I had a hormone panel done and it was still reasonably ok. I plan to though, if all else fails. I have a long list of endocrine conditions, I wouldn’t be surprised if it helps more than I think it will.
