Try Konjac jelly, there’s a lot of japanese pouch versions of these and they’re like under 10 calories total so you dont feel bad. Kinda pricy outside asia though

The idea behind konjac jelly is basically it’s a soluble fiber, I’d assume that’s why that reseller is advertising it. It’s essentially a mini fiber supplement which is kinda nice to have in stock in kombinis because fiber is surprisingly hard to find in japan, fruit there is expensive.
It just kinda tastes like lychee jelly both texture and flavor wise if you ever had it, minus the sugary portion. You can get the sugary option but that adds about 50 to 100 calories. Theres also other flavors, but I personally like lychee or grape.
