edd gould was a cartoonist who drew animated skits about him and his friends from 2005 to 2012 on the youtube channel eddsworld. they were very popular, he got spots on british tv from it. he died in 2012 at 23 years old.
the guy in the blue shirt is thomas ridgewell, aka tomska, who still does youtube stuff today. he got big because of edd.
the guy in purple is matt hargreaves, who runs the eddsworld youtube channel today together with edd’s next of kin. edd wanted the channel to continue after he was gone. (Edit apparently he’s no longer involved)
the guy in the red shirt is tord, a norwegian that edd became friends with online. i dont know much about him.
