All public restrooms that I have seen have a drain in the floor, but i could be wrong, haven’t been in all public restrooms.

Made edit since it wasn’t clear. Yes toilets have drains, but my household bathroom doesn’t have a drain in the floor. All public restrooms that I have seen have a drain in the floor, but i could be wrong, haven’t been in all public restrooms.
