I just ride my bike everywhere it’s possible and try to go for a 30 minute walk at least every other day.
I’m 30 and never had back issues. Either it doesn’t take a lot of movement so stay reasonably healthy or I’m very lucky. (Or my back will kill me in 5 years)

Or you’re lucky and don’t have a spine problem that has nothing to do with how much exercise you get…
Like, exercise definitely helps. But the amount of effort some people need to do to be pain free is very different from person to person.
