Take your pick. Where do you work? If they are writing closed source stuff, there’s a very big chance they use opensource without paying or contributing back.
Even most companies with open source projects rarely “contribute” as much as have source available with a CLA.

The bot auto-removes all image posts from new accounts. We have an issue with new accounts using images to send abuse.
It sucks, and I dont like that we have done this, but there is just 1 asshole who is ruining it for everyone.
You should have your bot give this explanation rather than have to go back behind it and manually explain each time. It makes sense. What doesn’t make sense is to have a bot with a blanket statement about profanity where it doesn’t exist.
