I want minimum latency as I play competitive games and am very sensitive to it. Hyprland has hdr support which is a must for me and on paper should support vrr and tearing aswell. With VRR I had occasional issues but something like tearing was impossible to get working for some reason, kde plasma should do both well but I have gotten used to tiling window managers and don’t really want to give that up.

So id like to know about your setup if you have gotten something like tearing to work or other recommendations.

    Ah ok, I will chalk this up to a reading comprehension failure on my part. Sounds like what I shared was actually the opposite of helpful. Sorry about that.
