in an alternative universe, it’s considered “straight” to date someone from your own gender and “non-straight” to date someone from the other gender, and people think it’s weird if you try to date someone from the other gender because … that’s so hard, right? i mean, they’re completely different than yourself, how do you deal with them?

I’m intrigued, but need more information on how procreation evolved socially in this world. Is it like an obligation for everyone to do once in a lifetime or something? Or is it something only these perverted and weird non-straight folk do, like rabbits? Is artificial insemination the biggest scientific accomplishment that this society has ever seen?

      “In alternative universe…”

Seriously??? It sounds like it is whatever you invent… aka bullshit you make up to help yourself sleep at night.

search up on metaphors, similes and storytelling techniques in general. Humans have had this tradition called ‘fiction’, which is older than writing itself.

lol seriously just being mad at the concept of fiction 😂 Go to bed lil guy

Just imagenig different world/ how society could be different. Its an exercise in imagination that let’s you illustrate how arbitrary culture can be.

I’m genuinely curious, do you like fantasy, or novels in general or are you confused or also annoyed at those things existing?
