Sometimes a camera just needs a sock.

The Flock Sock is a slip on cover designed to help protect a Flock camera from the harmful radiation of the sun. Your city spent their very own hard earned tax dollars scattering these cameras everywhere to keep you safe, all it cost you was a little privacy. The very least you can do is help protect these valuable civil servants from getting a bad sunburn.

This is dumb. Sorry not sorry.

Just destroy the camera. You’re going to jail either way if caught. You haven’t found some secret trick to fool the courts.

I mean it is pretty dumb in that regard, but we should apprechiate the effort as it’s pretty damn funny

You could also add some sort of adhesive to make it so the protective cover wouldn’t blow off from the wind. I mean, like, it would really be on there. Almost permanent, even.

They also need a solar panel protector. They can’t be cheap to replace/clean should they encounter a hailstorm or loitering pigeons. Your tax money, your investment, your responsibility.

Just remember to use a transparent PC or PETG filament otherwise you run the risk of sub-optimal light transmission. Something cheap and opaque might render the panel, and therefore the camera, useless.
