If it’s not irradiated it has eggs, if you don’t use it quickly, parking it in the freezer for a couple weeks kills them.
I know ours isn’t irradiated because I use it for sourdough but use it quickly because sourdough. But back when I didn’t bake much I did have to freeze it, or bugs. Rice too.
Is this bug thing a problem you have? I never seen a bug in my flour all my life
