got it, so he’s not a landlord per se but there’s definitely some real estate entanglement with that could certainly be a conflict of interest liability. and it’s residential property too looks like. hasan piker’s mother i believe is also a residential property landlord and that disgusts me so i certainly apply the same principle here.
