As I’m sure most people would, I almost just hit Checkout but happened to see the text below. I am also sure I would have caught/removed it from the check-out page but maybe not. I did complete my order without ‘package protection’ but am sending an email and probably won’t order again unless their response is acceptable.

Edit: I’ll probably send the email after I get shipping confirmation :)

    I’ve always opted out of package protection, it’s a fee, a scam fee at that. I’ve never had an issue getting my packages.

        I have package protection, it’s called a return policy and almost nobody has a shitty return policy because that’s how you get massive hate online.

      Aren’t they already legally required to get you the item you paid for anyway? Like if I don’t receive the item I paid for, through no fault of my own, that’s their problem to fix, isn’t it? Otherwise it’d be theft?
