What’s the best way to watch live TV on jellyfin?

I’ve been trying to set it up, but I’m struggling a bit… Too many different options and services (nextpvr, tv headed, enigma2, EPG, HDhomerun etc)

Whats the most reliable way to watch TV on jellyfin?

I’ve tried searching reddit Google and YouTube etc, but nothing worth while came up…

Also don’t mind paying for a service provider if you have good recommendations

Main use case US&Europe channels

    Most of the free to air satellite is already streamed somewhere and that’s much less hassle. If you want paid sattelite find some good premium IPTV.
