    SCOTUS has endorsed the terms and conditions they make you sign and allowed them to do things like making you waive your right to sue and instead use binding arbitration of their choosing, and making you agree to not actually own this as such.

    What you say was true 26 years ago or more, it’s not now. We are well on to our way of owning nothing and renting everything we own in truth even if not in law.

      True, but while I have access to something I back it up by nature. They can probably take it off of something they can access but those devices don’t have access to my whole network so I’m gonna stick with my original thought, Sony can fuck right off.
