Honestly, if it was built right, that would be the perfect type of bathroom. Imagine a bathroom where all the surfaces are water proof. Then, when it’s time to clean the bathroom, you just hose everything down the floor drain!
My uni dormitory bathroom was like that, a very tiny off-white plastic cube with a toilet, sink and shower in no more than about 2 square meters.
It looked like crap, especially with aging year by year, but it was really easy to clean indeed. Though if everything gets wet regularly, mold also has an easier time spreading, so we needed to do that “easier” cleaning more often as a result
