We used to have that and then they replaced our Kiwi team (it’s important to call them Australian all the time, they really enjoy it when you do that) with an Indian team because they were cheaper, but they’re also practically in the same time zone as us, I think there’s only 1 ⅖ hours difference (yep India is +1.5 UTC for some strang reason) so it doesn’t work.
timezones and astronomy don’t have to agree. If the schedule is reasonable based on the sunlight but at a strange clock time, many people are happy to work that anyway.
